i see that everyone else is complaining about their day, so let's look at mine:
5:45AM- workouts with the team (medicine ball situps, butt locks, around the world, front squats, clean pulls, glute hams, and floor chin ups). then out to the football field. we ran sprints to the 30 yd line pinching 25lb weights between our fingers relay style. next- weights above your head. next, tug of war with a firehose- loser does pushups. 5 times. THEN on the endline- football field suicides. (for those of you who don't know what a "suicide" is, it's a sprint to every line and back.) we sprinted to every line in mult. of ten, and jogged back.twice. so that is.. let's count.. about a crapload of yards.i led my group the whole way because I thought that was all we were gonna do.. then we ran timed 100s.i got 16s. then we did some more sprints because the coaches didn't think we were trying hard enough.finally, we were done.@ 7:30
