Time for me.
The week has been pretty eventful thus far. I moved out & in with some friends, doing well on my own & getting adjusted to my new setting, which is turning out to be very comfortable to say the least. Ya my boyfriend dumped me the day I moved in here because he said he was "unhappy". **that was the 1st and last time I'll date a guy younger than me** I'll be ok though, I know I'll do better. I'll find some new eye candy to get my heart broken for. But that's ok.. I'll find some new distraction.
With these recent events I pulled my credit card out from hiding & treated myself to some goodies that I've wanted for a while (evil grin). So I got myself the Collector's Edition Crow DVD Set, as well as some new clothes provided by Hot Topic. I have to leave for work in a few but I'm sitting here watching this interview with James O'Barr & I can't tell you how much I find similarities in his views toward god, love, heartache... as well as being from Detroit & his views on our shared hometown. It feels nice to know that someone with paralleled interests has made a name for themselves & is doing well. Maybe there's hope for me yet.
Anyway, this Friday Jess & I are heading out to Ybor for some Castle fun. It'd be nice to see some of you out there, if you're so inclined or that bored.
