Something You Would Not Expect
I will call you then we will hangout
When the day is over start to gain doubt
In life we face many disappointments
When someone does something wrong they very rarely admit it
So the next promise granted from someone you wonder if it is true
Or are they just going to be like everyone else and lie to you
Such as the loss of a loved one
Knowing nothing can be done
Life is like a candle burning bright
Not sure when someone is going to blow out your candle light
You reach a certain level of happiness
Then someone or something brings you sadness
Waiting for that phone call
Wondering if it is even worth your time at all
So when that person does respond and you do hangout
If you do then it will wipe away all your doubt
One time or another even the person you would think never break your trust does
So there is times when you start to ask what the plan of the man above is
When it is all said and done
One time in life your friend will let you down
Saying they will be there or hangout with you but just give you a frown
Your trust level starts to be less and less with everyone
Rather than sit around, wait and do nothing
Go out just have fun like workout or do something
People come into our lives
Some bring in joy others pierce it like a sharp bladed knife
The joy is similar to a little boy
Receiving a piece of candy or new toy
The pain is similar to rather than succeeding in life but failing
Similar to no wind blowing when sailing
So rather than dwell
Drive your self to where you will always prevail
