Possibly selling possum suit: interest?
Not going to get into detail here as those who need to know, already know ;) Basically, my Oh! fursuit has gotten impossible for me to perform in due to my health. The head is heavier than my other suits and this no longer works for me. To give an idea, I suited Saturday and I'm still in pain today.
I'm therefore looking to sell this version of her or at least looking if there is interest. If you're seriously interested, read on.
You will NOT be buying the character, the pink mohawk will be taken off! You will not receive any art, badges etc because this is my character. You're just buying the suit and you'll need to install new hair most likely. This is the reason I'm first looking amidst friends. I can possibly arrange for new hair to be installed here if you'd like me to, but this depends on the colour you want.
I -will- have a version redone most likely, so again....pink mohawk is coming off. Because I'll have her remade I'd prefer someone non-local to buy her, but I don't mind too much really. We can be opossum sisters.
Please note construction wise this suit is perfect! It doesn't work for me because of my health, but it is unrelated to any construction issues! The head is not ridiculously heavy, pretty much standaard toon fursuit weight (Lacy, MixedCandy, heavier than Jillcostumes). It's just not working for me -personally- but there's no issue with the suit itself. The makers did an awesome job and I totally don't blame them or anything :).
This suit can be both male and female.
HEAD
Toony foam head, regular eyes. Is made for a 24" head with glasses. Yes, the head is optimised to fit a glasses frame comfortably without anything pressing down on the frame :). Balaclava inside. Head has been kept clean with 99% alcohol spray and is in perfect condition. One of the top teeth has had to be glued in again twice but I'm not really kind to my suits and knocked it out myself <-<.
HANDS
Four fingered toony paws featuring gorgeously soft "beaver" fur. Made to fit medium to large sized hands. They are very form fitting so you keep a lot of dexterity. Bright pink nails that react to blacklight. Been washed after every outing.
FEET
There is some wear and tear on the feet bottoms, otherwise they are good as new and kept very clean. If you are seriously interested I'll snap a picture of the feet bottoms to show the wear and tear. Will fit up to size 40 EU/Women 9 USA/Men 7.5 USA and will also just fit 41. They are very comfortable to walk around in, even with my bad back and hips I can walk in these for hours.
TAIL
BIG possum tail yayay! This tail is made to last. I've had kids pull with all their strength and it never even budged. I love this tail :) Tail has been kept very clean as well, wiped down with a wet cloth/detergent if it ever got dirty. It has a super nice realistic feel to it.
BODY
It has a pouch, that's all you need to know right?
I'm 1.77/roughly 5'10" to 5'11". I weigh 69 kilos/152 lbs, size B chest. Broad shouldered. It will fit someone larger (=heavier) than me as I have wiggle room in the butt and chest. It'll also fit someone a little taller as I had the arms and legs extended quite far. Obviously will also fit smaller than any of the measurements above.
Body has two front zippers, I can get in and out with just one even with my shitty body, haha :). Zippers are nicely hidden. Body has been washed after every outing and it's good as new.
The fur used on this suit is an amazing local find, I should have some scrap fur which you'd get as well.

I'm looking for 1100 USD ideally, but I am willing to consider all fair offers. Keep in mind this suit is in like-new condition minus the feetpaws. If I find the scraps I'll throw those in, of course :)
For friends I offer a payment plan via PayPal. People from the EU using the euro can pay via bank/IBAN which is preferred.
Please note that even though I'm shipping from NL, shipping with PostNL is considerably cheaper than USPS so you won't be paying an arm and a leg, yaaaaay! I can offer extras like tracking, insurance etc, but that does cost extra. If you're seriously interested I can calculate shipping costs for you
ps, I don't need a discussion on health or how I shouldn't sell a personal character. I'm just really looking for a practical solution and this is it. It's killing me enough as it is, so please refrain from any health advice. diseases are chronic so I can't "wait for it to get better".
