1. daylight savings = during summer, add 1 hr, NOT during winter, when it's 'normal time'

5. saturated fat - mostly from animals. poly unsaturated fat = from plants. fats are broken down to be used by the body for energy. extra energy is converted back into fats to be stored in fat cells. saturated fat (CH2)n = one carbon atom and two hydrogen atoms, poly unsaturated fats are similar, however they have one or less hydrogen atoms, therefore having less energy. saturated fats have higher energy, and will therefore make you FAT. some plant oils may have trans poly unsaturated fats, which tend to build up in the blood vessels. but this doesnt do any more harm than saturated fats.
