Lol, today has been hilarious. But in a moreso...ironic way. Anyway, I had queso fundido and a chicken taco today...why that's important and why you'd wanna know that-I have no idea. Anyway, my big birthday party is coming in only 2 days! Lord, I need some Xanex (for those who are drug-free-that's my chilly willy pill) But anyway, I'm chillin at the job eating the compulsory salsa and chips that the Mexican restaurants always give you to eat even though you didn't order it! Lol, anyway, Ashley's at IKEA WITHOUT ME! Tear~tear, sniff~sniff. And guess what y'all? I found Nia,my best friend from 2nd grade! She and I have not really spoken in like 3-4 years! We caught up on so many life issues, and funny thing is-she hasn't changed a bit :0) That's my girl, and always will be. As a matter of fact, she and I move so fast that we're already hooking up today to go to Showtime for the poetry spot. I think I'll get a complimentary massage while I'm there...pending no ulterior motives apply. Also, it was funny because while Nia and I were catching up last night, she and I were watching my fave reality t.v. show called "So you think you can dance" and she said, "Girl, remember when we were little and you used to always say, 'I wanna be a video dancer!'" Oh the horror I felt! Knowing that even at a young age I was chasing dreams of shakin my booty on t.v. to be famous and it's haunted me to my old age! WOW! I was cracking up though, because before we re-connected, she said she would watch this show and wonder if I ever tried out for it. That's my girl. These are the type of people who remind you of those passions you had as a child that you let go due to the simple fact that you've gotta survive some other way...and baby, dancin' wasn't payin'.
