So I was going to update at about 8:30 this morning when it seemed like work was going to be really, painfully slow today, and ask you guys to entertain me by replying with amusing tidbits. Well, mostly I'm just getting adjusted to having my first full time job. Having been in school my entire life, including summers for the past six years, I've never had to work eight hours a day, five days a week. It's actually a little refreshing, like I'm finally doing what I'm supposed to be doing, or something. I guess it just feels good to be taking care of my "grown-up responsibility" for once. But at the same time, I'm still looking for a job that would actually use that six years of school, so I've still got something to work toward.

Phew.. yeah, I'm kinda mentally tired right now, but still quite happy. I've made some great friends here, and I'm enjoying life. I miss the hell outta you guys there in Tulsa, of course. Hopefully I'll be able to save up enough to visit around the holidays. I'll keep ya updated.

What is it you do with the customers? OR better yet.. what is it the customers do?

The customers? Oh, you know, they mostly whine and complain about how they aren't getting the correct interest rate or haven't recieved their statement for this month, blah blah blah yakkity schmakkity, and so on. The company I work for services second mortages and home equity credit lines, so it's basically a bunch of people who are really uptight because they're dealing with tons of fake money that they can't control. Fun! Hehe.

Still though, I'm pretty well cut out for customer service, as I'd imagined.

But as for right now, it's 5:58 PM, which means I have just enough time to finish typing this and jet out the door. Woohoo!
