it snowed a lot last week, but it's finally thawing out today. the weather is above freezing and it's been raining most of the afternoon ... so all of the giant icicles and big huge bricks of snow are slowing coming unstuck from the roof of my apartment ... and crashing down to the ground. we're talking BIG BIG booms. one of them actually bounced off the living room window. scared the bejesus out of me, it did.
