Some things require 'splainingmspinkypegnoirFebruary 7 2006, 17:50:22 UTC
You see, my girlfriend is very funny when she's awake but is HILARIOUS when she's asleep. She talks in her sleep and tells me things. We sometimes have complete(ish) conversations and usually these conversations end in me getting out of bed laughing my ass of to write down what she said.
There was the time when she told me "They're making fun of them". ME: Who is? HER: The audience. ME: Who are they making fun of? HER: The non-descript chubby people. ME: Are the chubby people in a show? HER: Uh huh. ME: What show? HER: The Eating Show.
I so want to go on The Eating Show!
And the other night I woke up to her telling me "The kids at the end don't have any." ME: What? HER: They don't have any. ME: Who doesn't? What? HER: The people at the end of the line. They don't have any. ME: Oh...what are those people doing. HER: (Big annoyed sigh) Morgan...What does it look like they're doing? ME: Um...I can't quite tell. HER: Well, we're not playing high five with silly monsters.
I sat up and laughed for a good 2 minutes straight before getting out of bed to write that one down.
I'm sure today is going to be a much better day and will not require hair pulling of any sort. I hope.
