I want to update...I sit and occassionally think of things that I would like to write about...sometimes they are witty, sometimes serious, sometimes they resemble the cry-baby rants of my recent passed...but when I sit here to actually update...I'm blank.
I'm watching the Tonys...that's not a good thing.
This is my last week of work. Tomorrow is my goodbye party...shhhh...it's a surprise. I am done with this job and have such crazy emotions about starting the new one. It's the anticipation, it kills me.
My throat is not feeling well. This is not good as it is not the time for me to be sick and miss work...as a matter of fact, I cannot miss work.
I think I should read the novel, The Color Purple...or I mean, at least watch the movie.
Otherwise, things are good. Looking forward to excellent concerts this summer...Madonna, Kelly Clarkson, and Melissa Etheridge, in that order. Had some nice catch-up time with Rose yesterday, she'd been away in Florida. We saw The Break Up...good movie. Went to a lovely street fair with Cousin J today. Bought a beautiful necklace, a Tiffany knock-off, for only 16 bucks.
