My name is Joss Stone, and for awhile it seemed that I was going to be the next big thing. However, if it weren't for being invited to the Grammy Awards to participate in tribute performances you might've forgotten I exist at all. I apologize that despite the many stars who joined me this year, the tribute was nothing compared to the simple, stunning and powerful performance by Melissa Etheridge last year. I mean, I was good too, and I sang more than they let me sing this year. So hey, thanks if you bought my CD, sorry I didn't do more with my career. Look for me next year on the green carpet when we tribute Bananarama...as you can imagine I can sing a mean Cruel Summer.
