Learning about my family....and where I come from
So I started to research my family history...I didn't know how much information one could gain on the computer alone. I'm not sure where this research is going, but I am excited that I have gotten as far as my great grandparents on my mother's side. I am thinking about getting as much information as I can..maybe taking sometime to do research in NC this summer, if I have the time..I really want to learn as much as I can...maybe I can write a book or something...I don't know...I know one thing I will have to do, is get in contact with as many people as I can that are still alive in the family and ask them as many questions as I can...I want to learn as much as I can...wish me luck
