A woman came up to me after the show last night and she had tears in her eyes. She shook my hand and thanked me for doing a show to benefit breast cancer. I told her it was my pleasure. She told me that two days ago she had been to the funeral of a friend of hers who had died of breast cancer. The woman who died, the woman who spoke to me, and another woman were pretty much inseperable and their friends called them "the girlie girls." The day her friend died, the woman found herself at the Rosemount VFW having a drink. She looked down and saw the flier for my show and decided to come out.

The first joke I did was my girlie girl joke.
