Ok FAILED AGAIN! Have about had it! This no "cart jacking " line is really false advertising if your server is not working properly.I had all polished in my cart in the proper time from Ninja Polish .I did exactly as I was told via an email. Now their site began to have technical difficulties which I understand was far beyond their control however the minute the site stopped loading the payment screen the clocked should have been stopped for those people because essentially they were cart jacked yet again.I played by the ruled and was screwed again beyond my control. It is not so much the nail polish lost. It is polish and will come up again,it is the policy in place that was unfair. The minute the system went haywire those with item in the cart should have had a time freeze until the system was fixed. We were unable to log on in the 15 designated time frame thus were we yet again cart jacked:(. I am not blaming anyone for server issues it is just what you do about it. I loved the people that run the company but the bottom line is this is a business and is must run as such if I can not get on to make my purchases in the 15 minutes due to the business equipment they are at fault not me. This upsets me . Again, I love the store owners their CS is normally top notch but this was a huge mess.All cart orders should have been frozen the minute the log ins were restricted. They are are business that had a product wanted badly. I make no apologizes that it upsets that I did not get my product I had fairly in my cart...I do not think I should feel badly about that.Am I Godzilla burn the world mad...No...but yeah a little thing like nail polish does mean something to certain people ...so before you launch it is only nail polish bit on me..yeah little things do matter.Again the ladies are great and I do hope they learn from this mess.
