(no subject)
Another beautiful spirit growing day around the moto household. We had a nice breakfast at home. Two cups of cafe con leche and talking to crzdiamond in my robe. One of those great lazy mornings, complete with rain. I even showered BY MYSELF (!) while the baby napped.
We rushed out around 1 to catch the last part of Champagne Brunch at our fav Mexican restaurant. Food was good but the service sucked, and I only got one tiny measly glass of the bubbly before Burton decided it was time to leave. The we went to the Santa Ana Zoo. We have an annual pass, which of course I left at home on the desk. I asked the darling British boy behind the counter if there was any way he could look up my membership. He said sure and asked my name. Then he flipped thru an imaginary list in the air and smiled and said," Here you are, go on in luscious lady". OK< I added the last part in my mind, but how cool of him. We had a really great time at the zoo. I saw a parrot menage a tois. Seriuosy. These three parrots were on a branch and two started going at it so the third decided to hop in on the action and it was a feathery love train. Andy got a pic, but the pervy bird already jumped off.
