Rainy days and mondays
Today is neither but it feels that way. It's a sunny Tuesday but I feel the weight of the world today. Having wrestled with depression for a decade, I can recognize how hard it is to get any perspective when I feel like the sky is falling. I just don't know what to do. Coming here feels like it was a huge mistake, but there wasn't an alternative that I could embrace. Everyone I talk to thinks that I am a hopeless devotee of the doldrums, but really, I'm just 23 and trying to find my place in a world that is so much bigger than I am...[sigh] youth is wasted on the young.
