whew!
It seems I'm going to be able to outrun the bronch bullet for a little while longer... or possibly completly. I just got a call from the transplant team & they said they decided to put me on a prednisone taper & then do PFTs a couple of weeks after & then decide about a bronch.
That makes me really happy. Now I'll be able to prep my Girl Scouts for that sleepover, work more in April & get to celebrate Passover without a hitch.
I'll even try to get out and get more exercise... prednisone always gives me that crazy athlete energy... hehe.
The taper starts at 60mg... I'm at 7mg now... I only hope I don't become too crazy and irritable.
Now we're trying to find the best place to order it... Walmart or CF pharm.
And I should really get to cleaning my room and doing my taxes... hooray for new-found freedom!
