Hm: the closest thing I see to that is "PayPal Credit" and when I follow the links, I don't find anything mentioning a physical card. Can you tell me more about how yours works?

Thank you; their 'store locator' link yielded a substantial list of vendors here in Starkville, including the Kroger store where I do most of my grocery shopping.
