i'm sorry i suck at updating
so i was trying to get caught up and post my pictures from atlanta but they are still sitting in a word document on my desktop. so let's see what's happened since i last updated.
oh yeah...today i met hillary clinton. when i went to my assistantship this morning there were police everywhere and the parking lot to my building was completely blocked off. i noticed that it said "hillary live" on the marquee at the carolina theatre (the building next door). i showed them my paper parking pass and they let me park. then i walked in the building and had to show my student ID to a secret service agent who told me that i wouldn't be able to use the stairs between 10:30 and 12. apparently hillary was going to hobnob with the high payers. so we just hung around in our office and some people got yelled at by secret service agents for opening the window and taking her picture as she was walking into the building. so we kept trying to look out the window to see when she left. then we went out and stood at the top of the stairs. when she walked out we yelled down "hi" and she told us to "come on down and say hello." then one of our staff members had a camera so she took a picture with us.
on my way home i bought an obama sign for my window. when i got home i had mail from both obama and hillary. it's been a very politically active day.
other than that since the last update it's been school and stuff. we went to drag queen bingo again. it was superhero bingo. i have pictures in my facebook. stephanie was a drag queen magnet and she won $109.69! it was fun times.
