my brother's graduation, greensboro, and butterflies (but not in that order)
so i've finally gotten around to posting more of my pictures.
and i am a horrible martina mcbride fan because i didnt know she had a new album out. i got sucked into watching stupid american idol last week because she was on it (the tuesday night show). then i taped the wednesday night show so i could see her performance. i fast forwarded through most of it, man that show is crappy and boring. so then martina sang a song i'd never heard so i went online to see when a new album was coming out and it was already out so i had to run out and buy it. it's great. :-)

We went to Red Lobster to celebrate and i got a strawberry daquiri...i don't think they put any alcohol in it.

Now for the Greensboro Pictures...this is from when we took an audio walking tour of the city and it was crazy hot that day.
The Woolworth's Building where the famous sit-ins were. I hope they finish the museum before we decide to leave Greensboro.

The Blandwood Mansion (we took a tour of this recently but you weren't allowed to take any pictures inside).
Some sort of monument near the courthouse. I'm sure it has a name but all the random words I keep putting into google aren't helping me figure out what it is. EDIT - I just had an epiphany and it's called the "Millennium Gate."

We ate at Mexico just because of the name:
Downtown shot (the construction is the now finished Center City Park).
Outside the library there was a random cherub wearing a hat, it's not there anymore.
Something is spelled wrong here...see if you can figure it out: (curtis, you obviously don't count since you were with me and you were the one who noticed it, now that should be a clue to the rest of you).
