dear nc drivers:
for the second time (the second day in a row actually), learn how to fricking merge! you can't get up to speed and join the flow of traffic if you stop at the end of the ramp when there's a weave lane! people are not all total assholes and will most likely not run you off the road when you are trying to merge!
