so i did a habitat workday today. apparently the greensboro chapter works with the county building commission and so they do some home repairs. so we were at a house that had a tree fall on the roof and so they needed to repair the roof and some of the wall. in the course of ripping things apart they found out that a lot of the walls were rotted so they knocked them down and redid them. they also redid the bathroom because the floor was rotted out. so we were at the end of the repairs and we were repainting one bedroom, the hallway, and the living room.

and so if i hadnt found a job i could have gotten an americorps job with habitat, they still have two open positions.

and speaking of something from americorps. we watched this video about the fish market in seattle...party city is all about the FISH.

i had other things to write but now i forget...
