an adventurous day indeed
hello folks,
today curtis and i joined tanya and her parents at the Bay Area Renaissance Festival here in Tampa.
and guess who we ran into?
Peter Pan!
yes, the peter-frickin-pan from this website: http://www.pixyland.org/peterpan/ !
so we sorta stalked him around the festival (good thing he was wearing bright purple!). when he realized that tanya's dad was taking a picture of him, he posed so i'll be able to post those pictures once they get emailed to me.
but i do have one picture that curtis took:
so it was fun. i got to have my soup in a bread bowl, yum. and a rusty knight waved at me and scared me because i didnt realize it was a person.
afterwards we went to mosi (the museum of science and industry) and saw a movie at the IMAX. it was about the international space shuttle and it was pretty cool. tanya's dad is on the board of directors at MOSI so he got us in for free. and we snuck in the back door of the space exhibit and we did it backwards (we snuck in because apparently you needed to purchase a special ticket for it).
then we went to chili's to eat. and now i'm just hanging out waiting for my laundry to finish.
