i'm way past the exhausted stage...that hit at about 2 this afternoon
so let's see....
first water science. i got there early so we could do the tests or whatever. then we went on a field walk. and it was gross and muddy. interesting though. but it nearly killed me. i was so tired when it was over.
then the habitat meeting...yay there was a great turnout! and a very productive meeting indeed.
then off to villa maria but i didnt think i would ever make it. 695 was shut down at 795. now i have these two "windows of opportunity" on 695 where i can get off and make it either to home or to umbc. one of them starts at falls road (the one towards home) and the other starts at rt 40. yea, i was definitely in that ambiguous space in the middle. so i got off at 70. bad idea. so i finally found an exit and went in this incredible circle back to 40. then i drove on rolling road forever. and then got on liberty road and then back to 695. that took an hour. yea it got me from exit 14 to exit 18. grr. so then it was fine until i hit towson and i had to deal with all the traffic that i usually miss because i get to villa maria around 3-3:30. and i couldnt get off at york road and go that way because there was a water main break.
then back here where i wrote up the budget proposal and took care of one of the bullshit questions for my ZERO credit internship thing for the shriver center. it was about what public policy issue is relevant to my placement. so of course i babbled on about the DSS. and for this other one i have to make up a budget. what the crap? it's ZERO credit!!!! whatever.
but now i must sleep...i have a busy bunch of days weeks ahead of me.
