it's been a few days (considering it's now monday)
so i finally got major work done on my outline
i'm hoping to have a rough draft of my outline done before i go to bed.
so let's see...
Saturday
Psyc GRE:
was okay
just one big, long knowledge test
it annoys me that that's a big part of what my acceptance into grad school depends on. that scantron test doesnt measure my ability to do research, work with other people, or think independently.
then i started on my outline. basically all i got done was i got roman numerals and heading titles onto the page. oh, and i looked up some statistics on drinking for the first section. but now it's looking a lot better, it's four pages now.
then a date. yay!
dinner at fuzio's, we didnt get the waitress. then wandering around the mall. i ended up going into FYE like three times. damn. and i spent $100 at old navy. but i havent bought anything for a while. i got a sweater (the same exact one that carrie came home wearing the other day, same color and everything. now erin wants one, but not the same color), some socks (i really needed new socks, now i can get rid of some of my old ones, i'm still mad that somehow i lost my socks with the frog prince all over them, haha), a new scarf and a hat, gloves, and some cool slipper/clog type things.
then we met up with erin and my friend dan to go see love actually. it was very good. and the soundtrack sounds pretty cool. people have been asking for it at FYE since the movie came out on friday.
then i was going to go into work early this morning but i decided against it because i like to sleep. and now i'm just sitting here working on my outline and being proud of myself that i'm actually doing it. hehe.
