Looks like we FINALLY got our internet at home hooked back up, so I can update again! It's been great getting moved into a new house, and settled in at home, but not having DSL or anything sucked! I missed about 20 international scandals and many, many posts on Perez Hilton, not to mention the real life stuff that evolves faster than I can keep track.
So, starting a new phase: the "housewife" thing is fresh upon me. Seems like a good idea, and all of the medical-type people are pleased that the last 90 days of our pregnancy will be almost entirely stress-free, with less swelling and back pain, etc. I have to say, it's only been a few days at home so far, but I feel like I'm waking up from a deep sleep. It's amazing how much I've missed just running the old store and trying to keep up, as more and more slid out of control. I have not had a single anxiety attack since I left, and have not had freakishly bad hormone swings either, although that should probably be confirmed by Graham, and not me... hehehe
Thanks to all of you friends that have waited patiently on the sidelines while we figured this whole time-management thing out again. I have REALLY enjoyed all the lunches and extra time to see you guys again! It's good times!
So, we're sure it's a boy. He's really long, and has a big baby head (Thanks, Graham!!!) and he sleeps during the day, so that he can kick and hiccup all night long. He LOVES the spicy food (Clay Pit anyone?) and is also quite pleased with the extra Yoga classes I've managed to squeeze in lately. We're still trying to narrow down the name list, and I think we've pretty much settled on 2. Now, we'll just wait until he pops out and gives us his business card, and we'll know for sure.
But, that's us in a nutshell for right now. It's really, really good to be settled again.
