the McRib is back
I made my clients day yesterday--they came home early (the ones I'm staying over) so hubby could work on his presentation for his interview in Texas on Monday (they're flying there Saturday morning, she comes back Monday afternoon and he comes back Tue or Wed) and I was actually planning on making my italian vegetable soup and bringing some to them but since they were coming back a day early I couldn't do that so I grabbed a container of frozen chicken enchilada soup (from last month) that I had in the freezer, put some tortilla chips in a baggie and left it in the fridge for them. She later texted me how AMAZING it was and that I was the best petsitter ever. haha
they're sweet people, I don't go around doing that for everyone :) I cooked dinner (fish, rice pilaf, baked zucchini) and got into bed to watch skating. I was happy to see Schindler's List soundtrack and Bolero used again.. such lovely music.
Today I have to zip out for petsitting then my dad is coming over at 11 to go see Wolf of Wall Street and then go out for a late lunch for his bday.

so yeah, that happened. LOL dad loved the movie, like I figured he would. And I loved it all over again. Such a hot mess of a story. lol
home now, got a text from my colleague sue wondering if I was able to stay overnight with Cody (our co-dog walking dog) this weekend.. uh.. .that's hard since I'm supposed to be staying with Sammy. LOL but I could probably juggle it. I texted Cody's mom to see what's up (she has to go out of town, her mom is in the hospital or something). No word yet. I have to ditch later for petsitting job and then I'm home for the evening. Mom's going out so peace at home.
