I have no particular reason to be so happy ...
well .. save for one reason ... one reason that got it's ass kicked and loss 6-0 teehee

I don't know about Martin Brodeur(Devils goalie, arrogant, adulterous jerk!) but *I* had a GREAT Birthday! It was one of the BEST birthday presents I could've received ... An embarrassing Devils loss, Brodeur getting pulled, all the freaking "experts", who love to butter Brodeur up and kiss his ass now that Patrick Roy is retired, left with a nasty taste in their mouths....
After the Devils beat the Rangers ... These people were marveling at the godlike Goalie, Brodeur... At the amazing Devils ... Gimme a fucking break ... the Rangers team that they faced was playing their WORST hockey of the year ... they had their #1 goalie playing injured, Jagr was injured, Rucinsky and Sandis Ozolinsh out there putting pucks in our own net ... The Rangers practically handed games to them as only one line was out there fighting shift in and out(the HMO line) .... So that Devils sweep of the Rangers? Not Impressed at all ... In print the Devils players love to be cocky and shrug off that the Rangers are the most popular team in town and that they don't care because they have consistently made the playoffs and won two cups during the years that the Rangers didn't .. well well well ... Karma is a bitch and it's things like that which will eventually come back and bite you in the ass ... I almost want next year's playoffs to come around and I want the Rangers to face the Devils(or what if the Debbies miss the post season??
Reguardless .. My point here is ... I read the Devils comments once they found out they would face Carolina and they were pretty dismissive of the 'Canes defense and their rookie goalie, Cam Ward. The Canes have at least, three scoring lines, the Canes D is fast and mobile and they have a couple of big guys, they also have big physical forwards .. I am not saying that the Canes will win every game 6-0 but they are on a roll now and Ward is in the zone ... So I am in hockey heaven right now ... Can't wait for tomorrow's game 2 ... Go Canes! lol
Ok so Mission Impossible III is a keeper... I had fun watching the film and while watching it I kept thinking ... "Is this Alias? Where's Sidney??" LOL ... of course Alias creator JJ Abrams directed M:i:III and he brought that personal touch to the characters of the story being a bit more character driven and personal than the other two films that preceeded it .... but leave your logic at the door when you watch it or you will be like "What is this Sh!T?" lol ....
I want Food ... more specifically I want Bar-B-Q food ... YUM! But I don't want to make it so there lies the rub .. where to get GOOD BBQ food .. hmmm ... Ruby Tuesdays ? Chilis ?? Decisions! I could go to the mall and just get me a jumbo smoothie(yum) and Cajun Food but sigh ... Damn Cravings! If I ever get Pregnant I will be soooooooooooooo bad, I just know it!
New Grey's Anatomy tonight, so excited and apprehensive ... Derek ... oh Derek, don't make me hate ya!
I think there is something up with my internet cable .. it's coming and going and when I call to report it they can't do anything because it magically returns when I am calling .. GRRRR and I am like "BUT it comes and goes ... works for 30 mins then goes out ... then I have to wait 10-15 mins then it's back, that's the whole point!" I lodged a complaint and I will call again if it continues because it's $45 per month for it and I don't mind paying it as long as it's working as it's supposed to work ...
Alrighty, I am off, Game 2 of Ducks/Avs is today at 3p ET on NBC ... and If I am to go out and get food then now it's the time.... GO DUCKS!
