So the Rangers lost 4-1 today but I am unusually peppy and not really that upset.  Sure, would I rather they won than go down 2-0 in the series? I would be crazy not to HOWEVER, what they showed me tonight was a lot of heart, and passion and willingness to play for each other.  Unfortunately without Jagr in the lineup they just didn't have enough

I feel a lot better after this game than I did the last game. They actually PLAYED tonight, and WELL for the most part!

I hope they play as hard as they did tonight on Wednesday, we might be on to something.

Me too .. the scoreboard doesn't show it .. but today was more like a 2-1 loss than a 4-1 loss if not for some unlucky breaks ... I am VERY glad for their effort .... they competed they played hard, it didn't show up on the scoresheet but they just didn't go out there and pack it in ...

LOL it is in Honor of BOTH Henrik Lundqvist and Mike Richter .. I have always had a thing for goalies and from the very first time I saw Richter play at the 88 Olympics I loved him and was beyond ecstatic that he became a Ranger .. he wore 35 .. then Henrik is just well .. sigh .. and his number was actually 35, he only wears 30 for us due to #35 being retired ..

What is it about Goalies do you think? Is it the masks? Is it that they are so quirky? Cause Patrick Roy talked to his goalposts and skipped the blue and red lines ... Marty Turco is crazy and even tackled a guy who was trying to steal his car .. but then it could be that a lot of them are just hot ..

BTW I never noticed but Martin Biron of the Sabres is super cute
