Off to training I go ... Again ..
Well ... I am not sure if I was clear on this point but my training for T-Mobile only including Billing and anything to do with billing issues and Rate Plan changes and Mobile Number Changes and things like that ... any kind of troubleshooting, handset upgrades, adding a line and such I do not do .. that is until I get trained on it which sadly will start this week .. it's good and bad .. the great thing about not being trained in everything was that unlike the reps who had been we(the new peeps) would have at least 3 minutes in between calls, if not more .. now we will get call after call after call .. and it will be that way for a while .. T-Mobile is hiring a lot more reps to help with the call volume but they will not finish hiring until the end of next year so it will be busy for a while ...
Now the good news is that I will have tomorrow off, so that's 3 days off this weekend(they just called me today to ask me if the training scheduled for this week would be ok) then I will work Mon-Fri from 1p to 10p ... What I am not sure of is if it's just this week or if it's two weeks .. I hope for two .. let's see ...
What else ? I am still in the process of making over the MM .. banners really .. I like the colors of the main forum ... the black/gold will not go away ... the only forums that I play with the colors is the Houses and that's it ...
I am also going to continue writing chapter 20 of SWS today .. let's hope that I have taken enough time to separate the Real Tom Riddle(JK's Tom) from mine because I was having a hard time picturing my Tom clearly in my mind ever since I read book 6 .. because in many ways my character is VERY much as she described her real one but then he is SO different too .. but i think i have a handle on it now .. plus I need to touch on some things that I should've already touched on ... we will see ... with the extra day off tomorrow I should be able to get some things done ..
Alrighty .. off to run some errands and then visit LJ's and say "Hello" or "What Up" lol
