Crossover update.
Alright! Here's an idea. Since this giant crossover is taking a lot of braincells, here's something we can do.
Set up a timeline/plot to where everything is connected, then people write for this universe as the idea takes them.
First we have to set up the plot time thing. Anyone with ideas as to how to connect the worlds into one big world, the general time-abouts that each event happens (such as Billy gets into the E.L.E., THEN goes to the dollhouse, THEN is wiped, THEN is made into Barney) and post it here or in your journal with a link here so that others can see what you had in mind.
So this way, everyone has ideas down, and the group can pick and choose and make things up. We can compile everyone's ideas into one massive universe, and anyone that has a fic for it can post it up!
I'm thinking of making a group for this, but I'm not sure what to call it. I was thinking Joss-over, but Joss isn't in every universe we're crossing.

How I Met Your Mother
Doctor Horrible
Firefly
Dollhouse
Castle
Once the personal ideas stop coming in, we can start combining/mixing and matching to come up with a tree trunk universe. Then the fictions and personal plots (the ideas you had that were tweeked/removed) can be the branches that people come up with as part of the big group crossover!
