Mmm......
Okay, so after watching and reading quite a bit, I have come to the conclusion that NPH is a method actor. That's how he remembers everything about his character, can act like him without lines, and seems to have different personalities all the time. When he's doing Barney almost every day, he's loud and boisterous and very emotional. (Funny, considering as Barney tries to hide the fact that he's twice as emotional as Ted.)
But when he was doing just Dr. Horrible he was quiet, and sweet, and smiled all the time, and was so soft spoken. He's GOT to be a method actor!
