PET PEEVE
One of my biggest pet peeves is when a person speaks in a different language in front of others who cannot understand them. Even though they may not "be saying anything wrong or bad about the others," I believe it's still a rude thing to do.
If you cannot speak in a language that ALL can understand, then wait until you are out of earshot to have this "conversation"
It's called "Common Courtesy"
