1. I'll go beyond your recent randomness: your grandfather was a great pie baker! (unless it was your dad, but I'm pretty sure g'father) 2. My challenge to you is to write a drabble in a fandom of your choosing with the prompt lilac. 3. The color I'll always picture for you is the blue in your icon coffee cup! 4. I like your openness and perspective on things! 5. I think I've mentioned this to you before. My first memory of you is a comment you left and we got into a discussion about our ages. :) *high five the Evil Aunties* 6. Again, I'm afraid I'm going to be repetitive and say a little white mousey! 7. What's the story behind your default icon?

Hey, you remember! :) And yes, absolutely correctly - it was my grandfather on my mother's side. (My father cooks things like maccaroni and cheese with bacon in, or... lettuce with peaches and cottage cheese. I mean, good, but not requiring much real thought or effort. Whereas pie, with really good handmade crust, is really hard.)
2. My challenge to you is to write a drabble in a fandom of your choosing with the prompt lilac.
Oo! I'm going to have to give that some thought, but I think I can do that. Why did you happen to choose lilac, btw?
3. The color I'll always picture for you is the blue in your icon coffee cup!
That's not a bad color. :)
4. I like your openness and perspective on things!
Heheheh. Thank you. That makes me happy. I think it puts some people off.;)

Why did you happen to choose lilac, btw? Lilac has always been one of my very favorite scents and flowers. Lately, it's been very much on my mind, prolly due to it being very near lilac season! :)
I think it puts some people off. Heh. I can relate.
I love the story of your iconage! :) And I love the tartan icon, too. I agree; tartan IS stylish! Hee! Is that particular tartan one from your own family line?
Is that particular tartan one from your own family line?
No, though my family may have a tartan, somewhere. That icon was made by dwightsredshoes and is a quote from "Good Omens," one of my all-time favorite books. :) It's really about Aziraphale being stuck behind the times, but I also associate it with The Mighty Mighty Bosstones "Bad In Plaid," ("plaid is the color of my soul") which uses plaid as a representation of racial harmony.
That should be easy since you've got my six random things poll to work from. ;) (although I cheated and only did five).
