I've decided to let Jason's parents get him the motorcycle jacket that he wants. Frankly the one that he REALLY wants is out of my price range, and at least I can make sure that I help them pick it out so he's not disappointed in what he gets. Here's hoping that they follow through on this ....
Now I'm stuck for ideas on what to get him.... ugh! I know that I will definately be getting him socks, nice thick re-inforced toed socks. I would like to also get him a new pair of combat boots, but I know he prefers to pick those types of things out himself.... so maybe I'll get him a gift certficate to his favorite Army n' Navy outlet store. Yeah - that all sounds simple enough. :D
Jason is 2/3 done with his interview profoilo information - and soon as he completely done I'll be putting together his electronic and hard copy profolios for his interviews in Virginia .... please put your good thoughts behind this happening for us and Jason actually getting a teaching contract offer.
Other than that - not much is new in my world. The last of our Ws forms have trickled in so I'll be doing our taxes this weekend.
