Thank god the weekend is already here.
At Indian Springs, I went by days. At Duke, I go by weeks. The days just fly by, and my time seems to be so short. January is almost over. WHERE DID IT GO?
Last night was fun, in some ways. Highlights:
-Screw Room back in action
-"I'm a beast"
-bitching in the bathroom
-SHOOOOOOOOOOOOTER's
-El-D pulling me up on the bar ... I forget she's my RA sometimes
-dancing with Lenny, while scouting cute boys
-talking to Tara on the phone
Yesterday morning I got woken up at 6 am by my cell phone ... two calls from Tara. I figured she was just d-dialing me, but when I finally woke up for my 9:10 and listened to the message, I think my heart seriously stopped for a moment. I've never heard her so upset, and coming to think of it, I've never seen her bawl her eyes out. Hearing her voice, hearing how upset she was, but not even understanding a word she said made it even worse. I miss her so much.
I had work this morning, which sucked because I am so tired from last night. I'm now in the BioSci Library (a sad excuse for a library) before my Bio class. I bought a new, huge planner from the store so I can get my shit together. Second semester seems to be getting only busier ... I'm determined to stay on top of things.
Duke versus Tennessee women's game tomorrow. SWEET.
