The same shit gets old after awhile.
Wasn't it more than a year ago when I got into my infamous disagreement with a young boy which resulted in two bands conflicting between me? More over it was two boys in one band who blew things out of proportion when the other band really didnt care about the other.
Okay, so everything came to a resolution until now. I got an email response from this same kid who gave me the impression of jealousy towards this band that I was supporting on MySpace. Why other would he give in the time to say "One day you'll see that music like ours is difficult to put together. It's sometimes referred to as a real band with real talent." Now what the fuck is he trying to imply? Then he also stated "Obviously your taste of music has changed incredibly. No wonder you don't support us anymore."
I would more over say that my music interest has not changed, yet it has escalated towards the technical and complex sound. Like what I told him, the music I like progresses each day, however, that does not mean I don't admire the music I once listened to on a daily basis.
FYI: I do like his band, but that does not stop me from giving other friends of mine who are in bands the acknowledgement of being musicians as well. I support local bands. Just let me be.
