I really don't like Chris Pronger
*The Wings and Oilers will be facing off sometime this week.....Commentators seem to be leaning towards Saturday afternoon for the start of round 1, game 1, but I'm hoping luck is on our side and it's Friday. Friday would make me happy. Here's an excerpt from an article I found at NHL.com:
*The Oilers clinched a playoff spot last Thursday with a 2-1 win over the Anaheim Mighty Ducks and their place in the standings was decided Saturday, when the Avs earned a point in a 4-3 overtime loss to the Vancouver Canucks.
That means the Oilers open their first playoff series since a six-game, first-round loss to Dallas in 2002-03 against the Presidents' Trophy winning Detroit Red Wings on Friday or Saturday in the Motor City.
*The past few days have been pretty busy....I was able to get my testing done for my final Friday morning and went to my 1st Tiger game of the season Friday night :) The weather was wonderful and the Tigers won!
*Yesterday I worked on my final all day and was able to email it to my professor last night. It's such a relief to have my work done and know I have a few weeks without homework :) I had an uneasy feeling last night though....
*Easter was nice and relaxing over here. Family dinner is always wonderful :) Hope everyone else had a decent day.
*As I mentioned up above, I turned in (emailed) my final to my professor last night. Woke up and checked my email this morning....she graded my final. All my hard work and ridiculous stress payed off! :) Now I'm just wondering how I did on my child study.
