Well that was a brilliant game! Well, except for the last two minutes when the Blues actually managed to score. Other than that little blip it was Queensland all the way!! Other terms that come to mind are New South Fails, Blosers, and New South Wails :)
It started with the Blues running onto the grounds to a roaring ‘Boo!’ and Queensland running on to a thunderous cheer! I really have to go to one of the Brisbane games because the atmosphere just looks amazing! Queensland scored in the 3rd minute and we just kept on scoring. And talk about bringing back the biff! There was plenty of passion on show tonight. Well, Queensland had passion, NSW just had desperation. There was also some underwear and butts on show as well...
I’m not sure who the blues player is but it doesn’t matter because losing his shorts won’t stop Israel from scoring!
Then the Blues made a really really bad tackle. As can be seen, Darius hit the ground head first. But obviously this kind of tackle is not acceptable and Queensland made that well and truly known:
This was the first fight of the evening. There were a few more that followed. :) I must admit that I love the biff! It just demonstrates the passion that goes into these games.

And then Billy sat on a NSW face! I’m still not sure how it happened but the photo is perfect!
All in all, Queensland just couldn’t be beaten and now we’ve got five series in a row! It was absolutely brilliant and I hope we win the third one in Sydney because it would be great to white wash the series.
