In case some of you want to pre ordered it and still didn't know where :
The single is available in pre-order, like the last album was, on brand-x.

If you don't understand japanese it's also a tutorial for oversea order!
If it's like Wonder Travelling album, it could be that the single will be later on CDJapan, but not for pre order. Anyway, for those who are interesting in the DVD, it will be only sold on the official shop, as far as I know :/
