How is it possible that i can now spend 4 hours, of my free time, reading about management and organisations and a) understanding what everyone is saying and b) me looking for Weber's theory of Beaurocracy (sp?) finding in a book that i have, reading it, understanding it and enjoying myself at the same time?
Why couldn't have this happened during those days of Sociology?
