Poorly

Having IBS is soooo horrible i've spent 5 days thinking my internal organs are actually made of cement they're that heavy and are slowly trying to escape out of my body through my kidneys ans instestine!! i'm on a diet a small chunks of bread and sipping water. Walking is far to tiresome and so have spent most of my time in bed!! apart from going to work but even that was a gargantuan effort.

Going back to bed to see what televisual delights are on.

P.S its nearly easter amd i'm not allowed to eat chocolate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
