(no subject)
Yea! The weekend is finally here. I am excited. Not that I have that much going on but sometimes I like it that way. I enjoy my down-time.
Today I was watching something funny on VH1. They were doing yet another countdown. This one was called "The 50 Most Awesomely Bad Songs of All Time" I didn't get to watch it for a long time because I had to go to work but I did catch some of it. One of the songs they mentioned was "Cotton Eyed Joe" One of the comments about it cracked me up. They said it sounded as if somebody gave a redneck a bag of crystal meth and a drum machine. I can see it. I can see it. :)
Winter has kicked in and it already sucks. Cold, cold, cold. And this will most likely stick around until March. There is one positive thing about winter. It makes you appreciate spring and summer a whole hell of a lot more. It's like how a starving person appreciates food. I wonder if I would take nice weather for granted if I lived somewhere with a year-round pleasant climate. There probably wouldn't be as much change in wardrobe. A lot of the seasonal fashion stuff is influenced by the climate.
Don't really think I have much more to say. Maybe I'll play my guitar today since I have some free time or I could start on my biography of Jean Paul Sartre. Hmmmmmmm any bets on what I'm gonna do??? ;)
