I just got my application form to receive my portion of the economic stimulus handout that the Japanese government is giving. Yes, following in the footsteps of the United States, Japan has decided that in order to stimulate the economy they're going to give money directly to the people - 12,000 big ones!!
Yen, that is.
About $120 American.
So that ought to fix things.
The big question then is what to spend it on. So many choices.... I'm thinking of a terabyte drive - they're in that range. But there has to be something better. Hmmm....
Of course I could just poke the economy in the eye and save the money. You know, just to be contrary....
