In case you haven't guessed, I would love to have an investigation into the wrongdoings of the Bush Administration happen sooner rather than later. Not today, not even tomorrow, but before we slip into that post-torment nostalgia where everyone thinks, "Gee, was it really that bad?"
Yes. Yes, it was. And in my humble opinion, trying to bring accountability back to government would buy Obama a whole lot of political capital, which he could put towards things like healthcare, green-collar jobs and a massive infrastructure program. There are good arguments against making this a priority, I know, but I really want to see someone atone for the last eight years....
