You're so cute when you try to argue with people who know what they're talking about.

Now, just out of curiosity, I tuned in my multi-dimensional TV to alternate universe #512b, where it was Hillary Clinton's private email that was cracked open. Let's see what Bill (who's sporting a very dapper handlebar mustache, I might add) has to say:O'REILLY: And yesterday a hacker calling himself "Anonymous" broke into Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's private Yahoo account, grabbed a bunch of emails and pictures and posted them on the web for the world to see.
Now there's nothing too damaging in there - Ms. Clinton doesn't conduct government business with her private email - but there are some illuminating messages to her husband about defeated rival Barack Obama. No, nothing suggesting his whereabouts - I suspect he's someplace only Jimmy Hoffa knows by now - but when we analyze them a little further we might know more.
Now some on the Left are calling for prosecution - of the hacker, but especially of the website that posted the emails. Sorry, folks, but the first Amendment wins here. If a news organization gets information that is newsworthy, they can publish it, no matter how it was obtained. This comes from a Supreme Court ruling and it's vital to making sure that we in the free press can adequately guard the nation against political corruption.
While I certainly don't approve of hacking into another person's email account, I think that maybe if Ms. Clinton had been a little more careful about her email security she wouldn't have gotten herself into this mess.
