So we were on the subway yesterday, riding through Osaka, when this group of Americans get on. They were all well-dressed, like they'd been to a wedding or something, and the one nearest me starts telling his friend (who looked like, I swear, a Leprechaun) about how awesome his job is. How the people at HQ were all so friendly and you can't go from one office to another without getting into a cheerful conversation with someone. About how - this was a shocker - the company puts its employees first before everything, even the customers. It knows that happy employees do good work and thus make customers happy.

I listened to this guy gush about how much he loved his job for ten minutes. Damn universe. Anyway, he works for Southwest Airlines. Sounds awesome.....
