in class
i love how the only time i find to update this thing is while im in class haha. for anyone who cares, you can check out my pictures on the facebook now, it is easier to post them there than on here...leave me comments!! i don't know about the whole photo album on facebook thing its kind of a little too much like myspace to me, but it is pretty cool so of course, since i am a facebook junkie i had to give in.
anyways, new things to report....me danielle and eliza are basically going to look "smokin" hott for halloween!!! i am soooo excited i can hardly wait! and we got a really big pumpkin that we are going to carve...i love the feeling of homeliness that we have at our apartment, especially in comparison to the prisonness of the dorms last year haha
i really like my job, and i really like the girls that i work with. i had an amazing customer the other night and it was just such a good feeling that all the products made her so happy and excited and i had a lot of fun with her...it really makes me think that retail therapy is valid haha. plus, i have already gotten some free stuff and bought some new items with my employee discount.
the only thing that makes me kind of disappointed about my job is that i really wont be able to come home for winter break like at all, except for christmas day and maybe one or two other days, so if you want to see me over winter break, come visit in newport!! pretty much everybody else that i know from school wont be around here cuz they will all be going home. it makes me kind of sad that i really wont be able to see my family for very long until like spring break, and i'm really gonna miss seeing union square when the big christmas tree is there and everything. even though i really wont be able to go home, i have to say that i am still looking forward to the holiday season and winter, which is weird because im usually not a huge fan of the cold...but i just can't get enough of soup, uggs, tea, sweats (juicy of course hahaha), pumpkin ice cream, cowboy boots, and football season! plus the overcast weather puts me in more of a studious mood which is good because this week and next week i have midterms.
overcast weather usually makes me unhappy, but i've been in an overall good mood recently...maybe because, for reasons that will remain undisclosed at this time, i guess you could say i've been a tad bit giddy :)
