All in all, it was a very, very interesting birthday.
We went to San Diego since Gustavo got his visa again (finally!), so after 10 months he was able to visit his stores again. And he was beyond happiness!! He even played to catch a piece of gum after chewing it and spitting it up through the car's rooftop, and he managed to catch it twice, I believe.
We were there until around 7 pm, which was sort of frustrating since I wanted to get back early so I could see Adrian, but Gustavo wanted to stay a bit longer (hey, two hours wait? We crossed at around 2:30 pm and I wanted to get back by 4:00. I understand). Hence (I love that word XD), they took me to the border and Adrian picked me up there. And we went to get some coffee, since we're freezing these days - and then went to see Bolt - in 3D. Yep yep.
I rather liked the movie, actually. Rhino the hamster just kicks ass, and I would love to be all animation-wise and say how beautifully animated it was, but to tell the truth - the story is so good I didn't even remember to pay attention. I was just... immersed by it. The single bit I do remember noticing though, was almost at the beggining, when Bolt is sad to see the girl leave (Penny?). He made a little twitch with his back paws and got all curled up - and I just thought "My God, Candy does that!!! 83". Other than that... sorry. Let's blame the 3D glasses. XD They blocked my perception.
Speaking of good animation - Adrian gave me for my birthday Wall-E - the three disk edition. ♥ C:
I also got Pictionary - which I freaking adore!!!!!!!! - from Gustavo, 50 dlls from my mom (which are doomed to be spent on me since she actually threatened to take them away if I bought Christmas gifts with it - she read my mind), and a pair of Christmas socks that light up when you move from Pedro inside a The Tudors bag. Nice batch, I say.
I really liked being 21. It was a pretty number. I don't mind 22, but 21 sounded better - now I have to wait until I'm 25 to get another number I heart.
