Saturday's party was quite a lot of fun, even though it poured and rained and... how do you call it when ice falls from the sky along with the rain? (Gosh, I'm so darn lazy. XD).
So, today I finally brought my cow proposals for the Cow Parade here in TJ. That's where the white rabbit came from: my proposal is a little 'homage' to Alice in Wonderland.
I drew and drew and drew, and then colored the lines in Photoshop and composed it all together and now that I'm making this post I'm NOTICING THAT I MADE BOTH SIDES OF THE COW ON THE SAME SIDE. XS Geez, hope it doesn't matter much... 8S
So anyway, the plan is to draw every illustration again on the cow, simuling a sketchbook effect (I just love sketchbooks). And well, they would be done with chartpaks to make sure I got the colors right, to avoid lazy lines because I don't feel as much at ease with brushes than with... well, whatever pointy (at least when it comes to line art), and because... because I like them. XD
Haha, I love how CMYK files change colors at will when displayed on the monitor. It used to bother me, but now it seriously amuses me.
And I would ALSO (because I'm crazy enough to actually believe I would be able to) make a 3D Alice with the same illustration style of the cow. That is, something like a sculpture that would look sort of like this:
Yeah, that's me and my crazyness. One side of me wants them to pick it, because it would be pretty cool to actually do it, and the other is praying and hoping it doesn't get picked just to save me the trouble of doing all of that. But I have to admit that I really loved the way most of the illustrations came out. My favs? The white rabbit, Alice herself, the gryphon and the mad tea party.
Someday I might post them colored or something. I'll try to remember. :) Mind to remind me???
*Tiny Edit* Prada is evuhl. It makes me want to spend money I don't have. And I definitely don't have THAT much, and I consider it superficial and vain, but...
ME WANTS!!!! 83
